Traditional Homes

Traditional Homes are never-before-seen, fully decorated and landscaped homes. They reflect the craftsmanship, design, and originality of the individual builders. Traditional Homes will be judged by Parade attendee’s online votes and industry professionals. (Some homes may be pre-sold)

Builder Models

Builder Models may be open before, during, and after the Parade. Attendees can enter these homes without a ticket. Builder Models are representative of other available homes in the subdivision, condominium or planned unit development (P.U.D).

“Spec”-tacular Homes

“Spec”-tacular Homes are actively for sale and are not required to be landscaped or furnished. These homes are offered to consumers at the lowest advertised price available only through the duration of the Parade.

The Salt Lake Home Builders Association is hosting the 63rd Annual Salt Lake Parade of Homes™; the longest consecutive running Parade of Homes in the United States.

The Parade will run three full weeks including Sundays and will feature three different home categories.

Also, once you have visited the Parade, take part of the 2009 People’s Choice Awards which honors the builders and subcontractors for each Traditional Category Home. To vote click here
